CANCELLATION TERMS
All cancellations must be received in writing at the Greek Orthodontic Society [info@grortho.gr] and will incur a €20 administration fee.
In case of cancellation until April 30th 2022, 50% refund will be given minus the administration fee.
From May 1st, 2022 no refund will be given.

GOS members must be in good standing, in order to benefit from the special registration prices.
There is a limited number of places for the pre-symposium course.
According to the current health protocols, the registrations with physical presence refer to those who have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or infected in the last three months and their number is limited by room capacity.
All participants should comply with any change in the health protocols that will be announced in the Government Gazette
The registration in the Symposium includes:
- access to the Scientific Sessions
- access to the trade exhibition and the e-posters exhibition
- access to the coffee breaks
- access to the Opening Ceremony of the Symposium
